Mentor training gets underway (April 20, 2011) The New York City School Construction Aurthority (SCA) last week launched its Advanced Mentor Training Program, a new training initiative for Minority, Women-Owned and Locally-based Enterprises (MWLBEs) who are currently participating in the SCA's Mentor Program.
