NobleStrategy School of Construction Management

 
NobleStrategy has been training minority and women owned businesses in the field of construction.  This program has been intended to develop financial, management, technical and administrative skills of businesses in order to expand their firm and efficiently manage projects in the construction industry.  Firms and individuals enrolled in the program obtain significant instruments to foster a reputation and develop strategic business relationships.

NYCSCA Lunch ‘N Learn Success Seminars

NobleStrategy developed the Lunch ‘N Learn Success Seminars to successfully mentor and assist the development of emerging firms doing business with the New York City School Construction Authority, enabling existing firms to grow and create success for themselves, in an effort to  better compete in future mainstream contracting environments.


NYCSCA-AMT Project Labor Agreement Seminar

NobleStrategy partnered with URS Corporation and the City College of New York (CCNY) developed a program that will provide an innovative approach and fresh alternative to traditionally offered training programs. This 9 month program consists of (6) critical modules that will afford the Mentees the knowledge of advanced concepts, required to manage a successful business in public sector contracting. The (6) program modules consist of Project Management and Financial Management offered in the Spring and Safety Management, Legal Affairs, Organizational Management and Leadership Skills offered in the Fall.


 

 

NYCSCA Project Labor Agreement Seminar

NobleStrategy developed the Project Labor Agreement Seminar to assist emerging firms in understanding the Project Labor Agreement and how it was initiated.  It also elaborates on the objectives and benefits of the PLA on the job.

Strive International Green Speaker Series

NobleStrategy prepared the Green Speaker Series to effectively guide rising firms on what “Going Green” consists of, how the US Green Building Council binds LEED with “Going Green” and how not only corporate America but individuals can become involved.  This series goes into details about LEED, the benefits of Green Building and its opportunities.


Rutgers Small Business Development Center Green 2 Go Series

MTA Small Business Mentor Program

In conjunction with TDX Construction, NobleStrategy provides small businesses with the keen approach in order to establish a high quality relationship with the MTA.  The program consists of learning about the Pre-qualification, general business, and access to working capital and bonding among other topics.  

Skanska USA Building Blocks Program

Teamed with Skanska USA, NobleStrategy efficiently trained minority and women owned small business contractors to compete and secure projects.  The contractors learn about estimating, project close-out, scheduling, green building, marketing and contracts.
