He has obtained a PhD in Organization and Management, an MS in Project Management and an MBA. As site manager, Dr. Daniels has supervised sub-contractors, managed complex projects, estimated and purchased construction services and building materials. Over his career Dr. Daniels has coached and mentored emerging contractors and served as a resource and advocate for workforce utilization and MBE/WBE business opportunities. Dr. Daniels is familiar with trade contractors and elements of project labor agreements that affect emerging firms in their efforts to secure more complex projects. He has negotiated and renewed contracts with vendors. He supervised and trained department staff. In addition, Dr. Daniels developed and managed department budgets and is familiar with state regulations and procedures for affirmative action policies and monitoring tasks.
