With over 23 years of experience in construction management Mr. Parrish has consistently coordinated and delivered large-scale, multi-stage construction projects where success depends on the balance of community stakeholders, civic representation, agency resources and technical staff. William’s vision and expertise at planning, coordinating and delivering large-scale, multi-stage projects has driven the expansion of NobleStrategy to its position as a top construction resource focused on delivering estimating, safety analysis, scheduling, contractor mentoring, sustainable design and construction practices and project management to public and private entities in the education, civic and corporate sectors. With being a LEED accredited professional since 2004, Mr., Parrish is leading the effort in sustainable construction practices assisting project owners and teams in a winning approach to attaining “construction credits” which usually comprise at least 30% of total credits required for LEED certification. Mr. Parrish graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology and completed his Master of Science Degree in Management of Technology at Polytechnic University of N.Y. Mr. Parrish is a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional, NYC Building Department Licensed Site Safety Manager and holds certifications in Zoning & Land Use, Brownfield Redevelopment, Construction Litigation and Wetlands Delineation. Mr. Parrish also is an Adjunct Professor for New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate, School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Mr. Parrish is an active board member of the Metropolitan African American Chamber of Commerce (MTAACC), Regional Alliance for Small Contractors-NY and ACE- Mentor –NJ, as well a contributing member of the Construction Management Association of America, the New York and New Jersey Chapters of United States Green Building Council, the Development School for Youth/All-Stars Program and the Eta Pi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. |
